We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.

Job Position Summary:

The Recruiter supports Entrega’s hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of professional and support roles across the organization. This role manages day-to-day recruiting activities, including requisition intake, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and communication, while ensuring a consistent, positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Working closely with Recruiting leadership and Hiring Managers, the Recruiter helps execute on defined talent acquisition strategies, builds candidate pipelines, and maintains accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting, highly organized, and eager to grow within a technology-driven, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Requisition & Hiring Manager Support – Partner with the Sr. Recruiter and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure postings are accurate and aligned with business needs. Assist with intake discussions, clarifying must-have and nice-to-have criteria.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction – Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for recurring roles, including support for university and early-career outreach where appropriate.

  • Screening & Interview Coordination – Review résumés, conduct initial phone/virtual screens, and assess candidates for basic qualifications, interest, and alignment with Entrega’s values. Coordinate interviews, schedule with Hiring Managers and interview panels, and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

  • Candidate Experience & Communication – Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process. Provide clear expectations, timely updates, and a professional experience from first touch through offer or disposition.

  • Process & Documentation Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track requisition status, update job postings, and support reporting on recruiting activity (e.g., pipeline health, status by role) as requested by the Sr. Recruiter or leadership.

  • Compliance & Confidentiality – Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and applicable employment laws. Handle candidate and employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Work closely with the Sr. Recruiter, HR, and Hiring Managers to identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows, improve communication, and enhance the overall hiring process.

  • Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  • Job Location – This position works full-time onsite at our Troy, Michigan headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work full-time in Entrega’s Troy, MI office.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously.

  • Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Passion for learning and personal growth, with an interest in talent acquisition and technology.

  • Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and accountability.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a professional services, technology, or high-volume environment.

  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer) under the guidance of a recruitment leader.

  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms).

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); proficiency preferred but not required if able to learn quickly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with online collaboration tools.

  • Prior experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking requisition progress.

Where applicable, employees may be eligible to participate in performance-based incentive programs aligned to organizational and individual results.
