Window & Door InstallerOur client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of residential windows and doors. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.ResponsibilitiesInstall, replace, and seal windows and doors according to specifications and building codesMeasure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignmentRemove old windows and doors safely and efficientlyInspect job sites and troubleshoot installation issues as neededApply insulation, caulking, and weatherproofing materialsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and customersFollow all safety procedures and company standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in window/door installation, carpentry, or general construction preferredAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work on laddersValid driver's license (if travel between job sites is required)Dependable, punctual, and team-orientedWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience)Opportunities for overtime and advancementSupportive team environmentTravel with per diem$25 - $32 an hour
