Job Description
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Middletown, Delaware, for its Northeast fleet. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Drivers typically haul regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional pay includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each subsequent stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.
Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers throughout the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.
