Position Details Grand Junction, Colorado
Pay Range: $29.50 - $38.52 per hour DOE PRN Schedule Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.
PRN Commitment Requirements: - Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
- Must maintain active employment status and complete all required training's and competencies
What You'll Do - Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
- Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications • Current Colorado LPN License
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
