Lauren Peart - State Farm Agency , located in Glen Head, NY is seeking a highly motivated
Sales Representative- State Farm Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, relationship building, and closing, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY. This is an in-office position.
Base Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance
Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 - $75,000+ for top producers
Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements: - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
