We are looking for a High School English Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.About the schoolLocated in Beijing’s Fengtai District, this K12 school combines a strong domestic foundation with international pathways to support a wide range of student goals. In the upper grades, students can choose internationally recognized options such as Cambridge IGCSE and A Level and AP programs. The school builds on the experience of a top local public school’s former international division and has grown to over 300 students, with class sizes kept under 30. Primary and middle school each currently run two classes, while the high school program is larger with eight classes, creating a well-structured and expanding learning community.Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of English to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsQualificationsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateExperience teaching IELTS and TOEFL Salary and benefitsMonthly salary range of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance is 5,000 RMBFully paid summer and winter holidaysPublic holidaysAirport pick-up if applicableHealth insuranceWork and residence permit sponsorshipMeal on workdays
